LOCAL HOME BUILDER OFFERS INCENTIVE PROGRAM TO HELP SAN DIEGO FIRE VICTIMS
CARLSBAD, CALIF.—RWR Homes, Inc. has announced plans to help San Diego County families who are currently without a home due to the recent fires. The RWR team is offering several special incentives towards the purchase of a new RWR home.
“We at RWR Homes are deeply saddened by the destructive fires that have affected many families throughout San Diego County,” said Bill Rheinschild President and CEO of RWR Homes. “We want to do our part to help them rebuild their lives during this difficult time.”
For families returning to their fire-damaged homes, it will undoubtedly be an emotional experience. But RWR Homes wants to give these families an opportunity to own a safer, stronger and smarter home, says Rheinschild.
“A new home incorporates the newest developments in construction, energy efficiency and technology, as well as the use of fire resistant materials,” he added.
Wildfires have scorched more than 487,000 acres and destroyed at least 1,800 homes across San Diego County.
“When we are faced with such widespread devastation, it is imperative that we pull together as a community and help those who are in need,” said Don MacLean, Vice President of Operations for RWR Homes. “I am proud to be able to offer our special incentives program to help families get their lives back on track as quickly and smoothly as possible.”
The program includes:

These incentives are available at two RWR communities in San Diego County: Emerald Pointe Estates in Carlsbad and Rancho Vallecito in Valley Center. Both communities have homes available for immediate move-in.
Emerald Pointe Estates offers one- and two-story homes spanning from approximately 3,777 to 4,708 square feet and up to five bedrooms. Homes boast coastal and golf course views.
